1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards loan processing, consultation, or service fees are non-refundable once the transaction is completed successfully.
2. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel a request or service, please contact our support team immediately. Cancellations made after processing cannot be refunded.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of any duplicate payment due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days.
4. Failed Transactions
If your transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank, please allow up to 5–7 business days for automatic reversal. If not received, contact your bank or our support.
